3rd Annual Battle at the Barrack

The third annual Battle at the Barracks will be held November 23 thru November 25, 2007.
We are looking forward to another very successful weekend of youth football. All games will be played at JBFC Home fields
located at 5400 Meramac Bottom Rd. St.Louis, Missouri 63128.
Registration fee is $300.00 per team all registration fee’s and team rosters are to
be to JBFC by close of Business on November 9th 2007. Registrations will be accepted on a first come first serve
basis in the order which they are received. Each team will be guaranteed two games. All entry fees are non-refundable.
No registrations will be accepted after Nov. 9th.
A complete Battle Roster (not to exceed 35 players) must be submitted by November 5, 2007.
The roster must have name, age, date of birth, and actual weight, for each player participating. After November 9, 2007,
absolutely no changes can be made to any roster submitted.
Local metro St. Louis teams will be scheduled for check-ins on Friday, November 16th and Saturday,
November 17, 2007. Teams traveling from out of town will be scheduled to check-in on Friday, November 23 and Saturday,
November 24, 2007 about two hours before your first game. Location and times will be posted at a later date.

Check-in procedures:
Each team will be required to check-in as a team.
Players must bring:
Gateway Teams:
1. 2007 Gateway card

Helmet (all ages except 12 and 13/14 divisions)
Non-Gateway Teams:
1, A copy of their ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE—State

Coaches must bring:
1. Signed copy of “Coaches Code of Ethics”, (All coaches must sign.)

Signed copy of “Player Code of Ethics”, (All players must sign.)
3. Signed copy of “Parent
Waiver Form”, (All parents must sign.)
Each Team will have Rumble ID cards that will be held by the coordinators at the head table.
The ID cards will be available at the field, prior to the start of each game, to be checked by the opposing team. Gateway
teams may bring their cards from the 2007 season, along with a 2nd photocopy, to check-ins for verification. ID bands
will be issued to all players; these bands must be worn the entire weekend.
Team trophies will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, place teams. Individual medals will be awarded to all individuals that participate.

Weight limits:
7/8: over 88 lbs (1 striper) must play tackle to tackle
on offense and can’t carry the ball
9: over 98 lbs (1 striper) must play
tackle to tackle on offense and can’t carry the ball
10: over 108 lbs (1
striper) must play tackle to tackle on offense and can’t carry the ball
11:
over 123 lbs (1 striper) must play tackle to tackle on offense and can’t carry the ball
12:
unlimited weight
13/14: unlimited weight
Gate fees are as follows:
$3.00 per day
$8.00 for a weekend pass
Anyone 14 or under entry is free.
